As seasoned strategic global Operational Excellence and Quality leader with deep experience leading global OpEx and Quality teams, I would like to speak with you regarding how to leverage my skills for your organization's benefit.
My OpEx and, more generally, Continual Improvement, background includes launch member of a Detroit based OEM’s OpEx implementation team, and supply base executive staff and strategic planning committees. I have worked on projects from Transactional to Manufacturing. These projects have produced demonstrable improvements to operations and resulted in greater customer satisfaction and improvements to EBITDA.
I have implemented Quality and Lean Systems solutions to varied and difficult problems for nearly 30 years in the automotive industry: Whether working for the CEO or on a manufacturing team, I have set the strategic tone and direction for global operations and solved chronic manufacturing issues at the line level. With solid experience in strategic multi-plant quality leadership and strong relationship and team building, I am comfortable leading sustainable transformations.

I follow Dr. Deming's belief that it is a management responsibility to provide a safe, quality centered work place which values the inputs of people. My training includes work at NUMMI, Toyota, GM and Ford. I am a certified Lean Toyota Production System Master (Sensei Muroaka-san) and a 6 Sigma Master Black Belt (Delphi and Textron). I also am a Lead Auditor for ISO/TS 16949, VDA 6.3, AS 9100C and ISO 1400
