Based in Phoenix, AZ, Shawn works with aerospace, automotive and general product suppliers and customers in the US and Europe.  His background includes extensive Toyota based Lean Manufacturing and problem solving activities in machining, assembly, and plastic injection.

A recent project launched a brownfield manufacturing operation focused on automotive customers.  This project produced demonstrable improvements to operations and resulted in greater customer satisfaction and improvements to EBITDA.

A Lean Sigma Master with significant experience implementing highly effective systems and turn-around experience.
